Sinugbang Isda (Grilled Fish)

My first attempt on cooking Sinugbang Isda (Grilled Fish).

 When grilling a fish, be aware of not getting the fire too hot else you'll get the fishes burnt. The perfect sawsawan for them is a mixture of soy sauce and calamansi. Pair with a bed of white rice. Yum!
