They say sometimes you just need innovation to start a business. Popcorn for example has long been known to many but when flavored pop corns were introduced, kinagat pa din ng masa.

Similarly, there's many different french fries stalls now although no one has ever offered and presented it like Twistix has. Ultimate Hit sa masa ulit!






Twistix uses a slicer so their potato makes a continuous twirl
They put their sliced potatoes in a thick barbecue stick (so it won't burn when dipped in hot oil, left of the pic)




The result is a unique, good looking potato twirl

This machine in the picture makes the 'magic pop'.
Nakakagulat when you pass by because it produces a popping sound and would spit the snack out, aliw.

This establishment is one of the busiest kiosks now in MOA offering no oil, zero trans fat diet snack. I believe it's called Magic Pop. It looks like chicharon but not cooked like one. Plus it tastes like mere starch.
