Have you ever Cooked Argentina Vienna Sausages?

>> Wednesday, April 7, 2010

I was wondering these past few days what recipe I can concoct with a can of Vienna Sausage sitting on my cupboard. I just usually open it, heat it on a pan or ate them impaled on a toothpick as some sort of appetizers.

I thought of something easy to make and great for breakfast as this is the most important meal of the day. I love omelettes so I cooked something special using Argentina Vienna Sausage.

Upon opening a can of Argentina, I noticed that there are many sausages inside. I was actually quite impressed they could fit 9 logs in the can.

Argentina Vienna Sausages are also not salty unlike the other ones I've tried before. I love veggies so I always add them in my dishes everytime possible... and yes, even in my omelette ala Argentina Vienna Sausage! ^__^

Here is the recipe:
Omelette ala Argentina Vienna Sausage

2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 small Onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/2 cup diced baguio beans
1 can Argentina Vienna Sausage sliced
2 pcs eggs

How to cook:
1. Saute onions in cooking oil along with diced carrots and beans.
2. After the veggies, follow in the sliced vienna sausages.
3. Pour in beaten eggs and cook till brown.
4. Sprinkle some salt and basil leaves to taste.
